Through all the years of 2 kids playing with OMGHA, I tried to capture as many of those moments with photos and video as possible. Early on, I found that my photos did not match up to others I saw online. Determined to improve my results, I spent hours researching different camera gear, watching YouTube videos, and reading things online. But the thing that most improved my results was simply asking those that were taking better pictures than mine..."how do you get such good photos?"
I have found in the last several years that I am often one who now gets approached while shooting photos at the rink and asked questions (sometimes even by opposing team's parents). I am NOT a professional photographer and don't have anything to sell beyond these classes. I thought this would be a good way to share some tips and tricks broadly to anyone who is interested (as I was) in improving their results.
